My passion lies in building meaningful relationships, empowering others through education, and creating sustainable nutrition practices that fit real life. I take a collaborative approach, working side by side with my clients to develop personalized strategies that nourish both body and mind. My goal is to make nutrition simple, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Health has always been a passion of mine, one that began in my youth and has only deepened over the years. From the moment I started my career, I realized my true calling wasn’t just to understand nutrition—it was to share that knowledge and build meaningful connections with others. I thrive on breaking down complex scientific concepts and making them practical, accessible, and actionable in everyday life.
My approach is deeply rooted in personal experience. As a Division I athlete, I learned the power of teamwork, and I carry that mentality into my work, believing that collaboration is key to any successful partnership. Pregnancy gave me a profound appreciation for the body and enhanced my understanding of life cycle nutrition, shaping the way I approach health and wellness today.
Every experience I have, both personal and professional, helps me grow as a coach and partner on this shared health journey.

One time meeting with your RD health coach. This is a very flexible option where you can meal plan, complete a pantry makeover, or create a plan together complete with macros. One email follow up is included with this option.
This service allows you to have biweekly education opportunities and group Q&A with your RD coach. You will also have access to a group chat and weekly content will be provided to keep you engaged in making healthy lifestyle choices allowing you flexible support without a focus on data collection.
