Health has always been a passion of mine, one that began in my youth and has only deepened over the years. From the moment I started my career, I realized my true calling wasn’t just to understand nutrition—it was to share that knowledge and build meaningful connections with others. I thrive on breaking down complex scientific concepts and making them practical, accessible, and actionable in everyday life.
My approach is deeply rooted in personal experience. As a Division I athlete, I learned the power of teamwork, and I carry that mentality into my work, believing that collaboration is key to any successful partnership. Pregnancy gave me a profound appreciation for the body and enhanced my understanding of life cycle nutrition, shaping the way I approach health and wellness today.

This service is a perfect way to customize a plan that works for you and your family complete with accountability and support. One live call to customize a plan of action, and 2 monthly follow ups via email/messaging to ensure that you are making progress. These follow ups are guided and you will receive guidance and coaching.
One time meeting with your RD health coach. This is a very flexible option where you can meal plan, complete a pantry makeover, or create a plan to support healthy family habits. Focus is on behavioral change in order to create a healthier environment. One email follow up will be included.
Zoom meeting focused on managing specific health condition through in-depth nutritional assessments and data collection.
